This is a very surreal and uncertain time, so I thought I'd put together 19 Tips To Get Fit, Lose Fat & Stay Safe In Covid 19 Lockdown

1. Set up a space to workout ​ 2. Get into a routine ​ 3. Pay someone to hold you accountable (free isn’t always the best)​ 4. Make workout appointments that you can’t break ​ 5. If working from home, set a specific time to workout - and stick to it. Donate money to charity if you break the appointment ​ 6. Get a structured workout plan to follow (pay for it if you need to)​ 7. Plan your meals so you know what you’re eating daily. ​ 8. Workout with the family. Be a good role model ​ 9. Don’t use this as an excuse to just give up ​ 10. Stay positive. Positivity is key during these times ​ 11. Go to bed early & get up early ​ 12. Calories still count during lock down. If you eat too many calories, you will put on weight. Simple ​ 13. Limit your alcohol intake. Empty calories lead to weight gain and make you feel sluggish ​ 14. Eat more vegetables with every meal. They will fill you up! ​ 15. Get a good playlist to workout to ​ 16. Go for a walk with the family if you can ​ 17. Watch motivational videos - Not the news ​ 18. Limit your time in front of TV and social media ​
