About MB Personal Training
Mike Balsamo founded MB Personal Training back in 2012 after years of having a passion for fitness and training himself in various gyms around the Swansea area. Gyms were getting busier and busier and there didn't seem to be a place where people can workout without distractions or people watching.
Personal training wasn't anything new then, but what Mike saw wasn't real personal training in his eyes. Trainers weren't giving the clients their full attention and from his experience, he felt that some people weren't getting the best out of their training on the gym floor.
That's when MB Personal Training was born.
After years of working in the customer service industry, Mike knew what looking after customers' needs looked like. It's all about them and what they want.
That's what MB Personal Training is based on - Giving you the service and getting you the results that you may have not received from your experiences in mainstream gyms.
In 2015, Richard Davies came onboard and has added a wealth of experience in training and health to the team.
Together, they have built a truly personal, personal training experience, that is totally focussed on you, the client and what you want and need to get where you want to be - Without all the noise and distractions.
As of today, they have their exclusive, totally private, 4-studio facility just outside Swansea City Centre.
They also have a dedicated online coaching programme for local clients and for clients who don't live near by, but still want them to help achieve their goals.

REAL PERSONAL TRAINING
All of our sessions are built around 1-2-1 Personal Training, Buddy Training (Up to 3 people) and Small Group Training (Maximum of 6 people), led by your trainer.
There's no one else in the studio with you, so you can get the right level of motivation and support to achieve great things
EXCLUSIVE & PRIVATE STUDIOS
Unlike mainstream gyms, we have 4 fully equipped, private training spaces for you to workout.
It's just you and your trainer or a max of 6 if you are in the Small Group Programme
Workouts tailored to suit you
We try to make the sessions fun, but challenging.
But there is nothing that you won't be able to do. We promise that.
We work with you, whether you have injuries or limitations and create the programme for you.
