Personal Training will get you where you want to go much quicker than if you tried to do it on your own. 

By having a Personal Trainer in your corner, you will be more likely to turn up to the session than if you were to just go to the gym.  Life happens and we can lose the motivation.  That's where the Personal Trainer can be on hand to push you through the workout to get you fitter, stronger and healthier. 

It doesn't matter if you're a total beginner to a seasoned athlete, our very experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers are here to help you get the best out of you and make the most of your time with proper, evidence based nutrition and exercise advice with unrivalled motivation, accountability and support.

Personal training with personal space.  

Say goodbye to crowded gyms.  Say hello to four private, fully equipped personal training spaces.  

Even if you are training within a Small Group setting, there is a maximum of 6 people per session, so you still have your own space and attention from your trainer.  

If you and a friend or two want to train together, Buddy Training is perfect for you.  

This option is for people who want to train with a couple of other friends to get to a similar goal; whether it be get fitter, train for an event or general weight loss. 

With a maximum of 3 people per session, you get the advantage of being in a small group personal training session and you split the cost between you, which makes it more affordable all around.

3 Reasons To Workout With A Friend:

  1. You will be less nervous when you first start.  

  2. You'll feel more motivated because you will encourage each other to work harder in the session

  3. You'll more likely to stick to the sessions. Although your trainer will be at the studio waiting for you, if you committed with your friend, you are more likely to stick to the programme.

FAQs

Do I need a personal trainer?

This is up to you.  In our experience, we find the people who hire a personal trainer do get better results in a shorter space of time.

 

How w​ill a personal trainer help me?

 

Having a personal trainer will definitely help you achieve your goals.  But they can't do the work for you.
If you are a total beginner, or someone who hasn't exercised for a while, a personal trainer will give you the right exercises and show you the correct technique.  Even if you have exercised before but aren't getting the results you want, a personal trainer will give you the tools and motivation to get you the results you want, whether it's to lose fat, tone up your arms or increase your fitness.  

Is personal training worth it?

 

We can say 100% hand on heart it is. Working with an experienced trainer will get you results in a shorter space of time than if you tried to work out alone.  Not only that, a trainer will help you with your mindset and nutrition, which go hand in hand with helping you become stronger, fitter and more confident.  

 

How many personal training sessions can I get?

 

Our packages are here.  For 1-2-1 and Buddy Training sessions, you can choose from 1, 2 or 3 per week. For ​Ladies That Lift: Small Group, the sessions run 4 times per week at set times.  

Are the session times flexible?

Yes. We try our best ​to work around your schedule, where possible. 

Can I bring a friend to workout with?

Yes, if you want to work with a friend or partner, the Buddy Training option is for you.  

 

Will I get nutrition guidance?

Yes.  You will get a personalised, flexible nutrition guide on all the programmes: Personal Training, Buddy Training and Small Group Training.  This will form an integral part of your programme, as nutrition is fundamental part of your health, fitness and fat loss journey. 

I want to lose weight and tone up.  Which option is the best for me?

All of the options will be right for you as they focus on what you want as an individual.  All of the programmes come with nutrition guidance and support.  We will help you with what to eat, how much to eat and get great results - without giving up the food you enjoy.  

What if I have injuries?

We take every person through a full consultation, which includes full exercise and injury history.  With this information, we create a training programme that is tailored to you and any limitations you may have.
