FAQs

Am I entering a contract if I register for the 30 Day Feel Good Challenge?

No. This is a no-strings, no-obligation trial.  If you did want to continue training with us, we'd only require one month's notice.

 

What if I can't make all of the sessions?

Just do however many you can over the 30 Days.  You get up to 8 sessions (2 per week), but if you only can manage 4, that's fine. 

 

I'm not at all fit.  Does this matter?

Not at all.  We create the programmes to your current fitness level. Everyone has to start somewhere and we meet you where you currently are. 

How much does it cost after the challenge ends?

I don't live near your studio.  Do you have online programmes?

Yes, of course.  Click here for our Online Coaching Programme

What if I sign up and change my mind?

That would not be a problem.  Let us know ASAP and we will give you a full refund.

Can I bring a friend to workout with?

Yes of course.  The trial is for 1-2-1, Buddy Training and Small Group

 

Will I get nutrition guidance?

Yes.  You will get a personalised, flexible nutrition guide on all the programmes: Personal Training, Buddy Training and Small Group Training.  This will form an integral part of your programme, as nutrition is fundamental part of your health, fitness and fat loss journey. 

I want to lose weight and tone up.  Which option is the best for me?

All of the options will be right for you as they focus on what you want as an individual.  All of the programmes come with nutrition guidance and support.  We will help you with what to eat, how much to eat and get great results - without giving up the food you enjoy.
