Welcome to March - Are you REALLY pushing yourself in the gym? Is your gym membership worth it?

We are already another month into 2015. Welcome to March. A few months and we will be in the full swing of summer. As the weather is getting a little warmer and brighter, it gives us a great opportunity to get off our butts, off the sofa, away from the TVs and start some exercise.

Now is a great time to really look at your lifestyle (and gym membership) - Are you REALLY getting value for your money? How many times are you actually pushing yourself in the gym when you go?

Today everyone wants everything yesterday. Results, results, results. Unfortunately it does take time. And effort. But, you don't have to be alone. I can be there, right by your side, giving you unlimited support, encouragement, advice and expertise to help you realise your potential and uncover your dream body!

Because I've been there, done it and bought the t-shirts (All of them!) I've been unmotivated, couldn't be bothered to get my ass to the gym at 6am in the morning or 6.30pm after work, when i'm tired or had a cold. I have low to high intensity training plans, beginner to advanced, all focused on your body's movement, strength and shape.
