Here's what I had for my lunch today.... A-MAZING!
Here's the ingredients:
1 x pack of wholegrain rice (You may use less)
200g of diced chicken breast
1 x small spoonful of wholegrain mustard
1 x spoonful of cooked sweetcorn
1 x spoonful of black beans
It's so easy, tasty and HEALTHY!
