At MB Personal Training, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that MB Personal Training is not in the business of selling, renting or training email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

Type Of Data We Collect
As a fitness company, we collect the following information from out clients:

Name, address, email and telephone number (including emergency contact details

Client’s medical and exercise history

Client’s current and future weight, body fat % and other statistics to monitor their progress

Progress photos (which are only used with consent of client)
What Do We Use The Data For?
As a fitness company, we use the data to contact our clients to arrange session times, send them useful information about health and fitness relating to their particular goal.
We use (and store) their data for insurance purposes, in the form of a GHQ (General Health Questionnaire / Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), which holds medical, and exercise history.
We also use the data for Online Fitness Training and communicating with our online clients.
Mailing List
As a part of the registration process for our Newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you some really good information about what we are doing in the fitness world and how it can help you; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check occasionally that you are happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use third-party providers, MailChimp, and sometimes ShoutOut (from Wix.com) to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our Newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
